  • The return request is made within 4 days of delivery

Note: Returns and refunds are not accepted for innerwear, accessories, or customized items.

  • Most refunds are issued as store credit

  • Store credit will be added to your account within 72 hours after we receive and check the returned item

  • Store credit can be used anytime for future purchases

2. Bank Refund (Only in Specific Cases)

Bank refunds are issued only if:

  • You received a wrong item, or

  • The product was out of stock and not shipped

Bank refund processing time: 5–7 business days
