📦 Return & Exchange Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 4 days of delivery if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Tags and original packaging are intact

  • You received a wrong product, damaged item, or size issue

Note: We do not accept returns for innerwear, accessories, or customized pieces.


🔁 Exchange Policy

We offer size exchanges and product exchanges (same value).

  • First exchange is free

  • Exchange depends on product availability

  • In case the requested size is sold out, you may choose another item or opt for store credit


💸 Return & Refund Policy

If eligible for a return:

  • Refunds are processed as store credit

  • Store credit will be issued within 72 hours of receiving the returned item

  • Cash refunds are provided only for defective or wrong products sent by us


🚚 Return Pickup Process

  1. Submit your request via email or WhatsApp

  2. Our team will schedule a pickup from your address

  3. Once we receive the item, we will inspect and process your refund/exchange
